Machine Servicing / Repair and Scissor Sharpening

Machine Repair 

EVERY Wednesday Machines will be serviced (and scissors sharpened) IN  the store. What this means is you could wait as little as one day.  Machines can still be dropped off or picked up anytime during our open hours.

You do not need an appointment, just bring your machine in any time. The best plan would be to drop off before 11 am on Wednesday (or Monday or Tuesday is even better)
Plan to pick your machine up LATE on Wednesday – You will get a call as soon as your machine is ready to go.
